Help us help you faster

When something isn't working, include:

The email address you sign in with
The project name, and the layer or markup involved
Whether you were on the web app or the iPhone or iPad app
What you expected to happen and what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can

Signing in

If your team invited you, sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If the invitation has expired, ask your team's administrator to send a new one. If you still can't sign in, email us.

Working offline in the field

The iPhone and iPad app keeps working without a connection. Markups, photos and quantities you capture are saved on your device and sync automatically when you're back in coverage. Download a project's offline area before heading somewhere without signal.

Deleting your account

Email help@markupmaps.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm, then delete your account and its content within 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.
